These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Notionary app, developed by Workshop Labs, LLC. By using Notionary on iOS, Android, or the web, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
To access Notionary features, you must create an account using your email address. Authentication is handled via a one-time password (magic link) sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account to prevent unauthorized access.
Notionary may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your respective platform’s settings. Workshop Labs, LLC does not directly process payments or issue refunds; these are handled by the platform provider.
You own all study materials you create within Notionary, including notes, flashcards, and quizzes. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for providing app functionality. We do not claim ownership of your materials and will permanently delete them upon account removal.
You agree not to use Notionary for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt service, reverse engineer the app, or misuse AI-generated content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or compromise app integrity.
All trademarks, designs, and source code associated with Notionary are owned by Workshop Labs, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the app for personal educational purposes only.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@notionary.app. Workshop Labs, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the app. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Workshop Labs, LLC does not guarantee that Notionary will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workshop Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted in the app with a new effective date. Continued use of Notionary after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
